Different Hats
Working in a small school of 330 students requires one very important skill--flexibility. At a moment’s notice, you need to be prepared for a wide range of challenges, from making school advertisements to preparing agendas for host country week. I am fortunate that my work environment has given me many opportunities to wear many different hats these past 9 years.
My experiences have helped shaped these valuable attributes:

I am fortunate that my work environment has given me many opportunities to wear many different hats these past 9 years.
My experiences have helped shaped these valuable attributes:
- Flexibility: I’ve learned to adapt to sudden situations, different types of people or schedule changes.
- Collaboration: I can accomplish a lot of different tasks with several different combinations of teams
- Open Mindedness: My flexibility allowed me to be open to new ideas and also sharing my own
- Responsibility: I'm able to jump in and help if needed
- Critical Thinking: I always have other projects to think about and plan when I need a mental break from one
- Lifelong Learning: It forces me to continually self educate
- Time Management: I've learned to prioritise tasks and set deadlines
